FACTS:
The Defendant was accused
of killing her boyfriend by burning down his apartment
complex. Defense counsel produced testimony of numerous
experts in various relevant fields including metallurgy,
arson investigation, flame vector analysis, burn pattern
analysis, material science, fire science, engineering,
chemistry, and computer fire modeling. Counsel’s
investigation revealed that the fire was in fact not an
arson.
RESULT:
Jury verdict - Not Guilty. |
